Are there any important deadlines that we need to be aware of? (e.g. Court order for re-possession). Does the client require any additional help in accessing our services e.g hearing/visually impaired, English not first language etc.
Is there anything else we should be aware of eg. Matrimonial case, transfer on, inherited property etc.?
